When you click the Big Blue Door, it will take you to our Zoom lobby, where you will be welcomed by our Magnificent Reception Person. Say hello, and then head off to one of our breakout rooms and make yourself at home.
Work collaboratively in the Work With Benefits breakout room. Bounce ideas around, ask questions, speak to fellow business owners, and celebrate daily successes.
If you need to get your head down, head to the Library breakout room (shhh) to work on mute, but in the energy of others.
Café TRIAD is where people go for a coffee or lunch break. Meet fellow entrepreneurs and enjoy the community spirit.
Look out for upcoming lunchtime Business Clinics and wellbeing sessions. Much like a real co-working space, there are many opportunities to break from work and be inspired.

What happens when I receive my Guest Pass?
We will send you a link to the Big Blue Door. Your Guest Pass is valid for a week, so pop on anytime that works for you. We are open daily, and welcome all entrepreneurs and business owners into our online co-working space. Come for a coffee, or stay for the day. Much like a normal office, you can come and go as you please. When you are ready to join us, it is just $49/month.
Where am I going when I click on the Big Blue Door?
The Triad Virtual Workspace is hosted on Zoom. When you arrive, you will be in the lobby. Someone will greet you to show you around. If you are a returning guest or member, once you check-in, go ahead and make yourself at home.
Do I need to have the Zoom application installed?
That depends. If you are a guest, then our Magnificent Reception Person is able to place you directly into the meeting room you need. The Zoom desktop or mobile application (version 5.3.0 or higher), is required to move yourself between the rooms in our virtual office. Resource: zoom.us/download
Will everyone be dressed up?
Nope. It will vary. Some people have meetings scheduled or have 'office attire' that they like. Others will be in 'Zoom attire' from the waist up. Some of us might still be wandering around in PJs. This is a place where we want you to feel at home. In fact - no need to turn off your video when you eat in the Cafe - think of it like the lunch room.
